- Trench to the foundation, 4 to 6 inches
- Mask all shrubbery, walkways, pools, etc.
- Hydroblast or sandblast stucco
- Power sanding of all wood surfaces
- Patch repair stucco surfaces to uniform finish
- Apply primers or water sealers
- Replace and repair damages, caulk stationary seams
- Replace window putty as needed.
- Full primer coat to all surfaces (not to be confused with spot priming)
- Stucco sprayed and back rolled
- Wood to be hand brushed
- Apply high quality paint finish coat
